java-applications: Embedding JRE in application

can we embed JRE in our setup or installer for our own application.
here JRE is zip version of JRE ie avilable on following link

http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/java-archive-javase8-2177648.html
("jre-8u121-windows-i586.tar.gz")

first we extract it and then add it in a setup

and i also want to know the is redistribution rules for JRE.
