Description Some of the issues are frequent route changes, amount of data transferred between route changes may be much smaller than traditional networks, Route changes may be related to host movement, Low bandwidth links, etc. Goal of routing protocols are decrease routing-related overhead, find short routes, find stable routes(despite mobility), sender would apply CS and CD, but the collisions happen at the receiver, sender may not ?hear? the collision, i.e. CD does not work, CS might not work, e.g. if a terminal is ?hidden?.
